Jacqueliné Brown, CCLA, Administrator

Jacqueline is an experienced Behavioral Health administrator, with over 25 years of experience. During her career she has served in roles where she has worked with autistic adults with behavioral issues, including Supervisor Coordinator with Family Resource Development Agency (FRDA) in San Bruno, California; Residential Manager and Educational Instructor with Clausen House in Oakland, California; and has served in similar roles with the Department of Rehabilitation in Oakland and The ARC of Alameda County in San Leandro. A New Jersey native, she holds Bachelor degrees in Human Development (Adult Development specialty) and Sociology from California State University – East Bay. She also completed work as part of the Masters of Education – Oakland Partnership program. In her free time, she enjoys a night out at the theater, visiting a good art exhibit, sewing, or quiet time meditating or engaging in yoga.

Mickele Clay, MSW, Assistant to the Administrator/Direct Care Services/Placement

Mickele is a 25+ year Behavioral Health professional, having served in positions with the City and County of San Francisco as well as private non-profits throughout the Bay Area. She has been with Casa de Sincero since its launch. Mickele is a graduate of San Francisco State, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and an MSW degree. When not hard at work, she enjoys cooking a variety of cultural dishes, quiet time meditating, traveling, and reading a good book.

Jeffrey Lowe, Direct Care Services

Jeffrey is a native of Contra Costa County – he was born in Martinez and grew up in Richmond. After high school he attended Contra Costa College in San Pablo, California, where he earned a mental health certificate (extension course) in 2009. Jeffrey enjoys reading books on religion, fishing and playing sports – namely basketball and baseball. His favorite teams are The Oakland Raiders and The Golden State Warriors. When not working with our clients at Casa de Sincero, Jeffrey serves as pastor of Upper Room Church in Bay Point, California

Garrett Sullivan, Direct Care Services

Garrett is a native of northern California, and has ten years of experience working in the Behavioral Health field, including at Casa de Sincero’s group home, serving developmentally and mentally disabled adults. Currently working towards a Bachelor degree, Garrett holds an Associate degree from Los Medanos College in psychology and business. His long-term goal is to earn a Master’s degree. Garrett’s hobbies include video games, reading books on philosophy and psychology, working out and martial arts, where he is currently a green belt in karate, with a long-term goal of becoming a black belt.
